Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 tbsp unflavored whey protein powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp psyllium husk powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp water (if needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, whey protein, baking powder, psyllium husk, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, Greek yogurt, and olive oil (if using).
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms. If it feels dry, add water 1 tbsp at a time.
- Divide the dough into 4–6 portions and shape them into buns.
- Place on the baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Let the buns cool before slicing and serving.

- Add seasonings like garlic powder or herbs for extra flavor.
- Store in an airtight container for 2–3 days or freeze for longer shelf life.
